Employee Reporting Hierarchy

Hi,

I wonder whether you have employee hierarchy system in 'Attend HRM'? In one of your forum post I saw Birthday & Leave reminders are introduced in 'Attend HRM'.  Will the reminder show only those employees reporting to particular manager/supervisor when the manager/supervisor logs in?

We need this type of employee work flow in 'Attend HRM'. Kindly advise me how can I enable this in Attend HRM. Should I have to purchase any additional license for this feature?
