Hi Biju

I am setting up the system for the first time, and my question is in regard to the Saturday working and holidays marked.

1. How do I change the system to include Saturday as a normal working day ?
2. Is it important to setup working days on the calender. If yes, how ?
3. How do the holidays setup on the system reflect on this ?

Hi Gagan,

The video in the link below will answer questions 1 & 2:
http://www.lenvica.in/showvideohelp.php?swfile=Ros_RegularWorkPlanner&swfheight=672&swfwidth=900

In the video, the work plan is applied on week days. You should also select 'Saturday', as it is a working day for you.

The video in the link below has information about the holiday management system.

Hope this helps. We are on holiday today(Jan 1st), let us know your convenient time for an online demo tomorrow.

Warm Regards,
Biju George.
