Not able to see the attendance report for the present week

Hi,

I am able to see the attendance report from 01.03.10 to 20.03.10.  But for the present week nothing is displaying. If i want to see till date reports what should I do??

Hi Prajwal,

It seems that the data after '20.03.10' is not imported into 'Attendance'.

To do this, Open 'Attendance' screen, which is under 'Attendance' module.

Now your reports will show the data till date (if data is available).

Hi,

Finally, we solved the issue online. But if you have been following this thread, here is what happened.

SPrajwal is working with Attend HRM Enterprise. Attend HRM Enterprise Server includes a small task bar application called 'Attend HRM Communicator'. This application communicates with time attendance devices in real time. And this application was down. We restarted it, and everything is fine.

If you have a similar problem, the trouble shooting sequence is below:

Run Raw Punch Report(Time Registration - Reports) for the given period.
      IF the report shows data for the period
        Check Attendance Screen(Attendance - Attendance)
      ELSE
        Check Device Communication.
