SMS and Email Alerts...

Hi,

In response to suggestions from many of our customers, Attend HRM 2.9 will be released soon with SMS and email alerts.

You can trigger SMS, Email or both in many occasions. A few of the occasions are below. We request you to suggest more.

1. SMS/Email with Attendance Summary for the previous day.
2. SMS when employee punches IN or OUT(real-time)
3. SMS/Email to selected employees with custom content.
4. SMS to notify employees X Minutes prior to a Shift Start.
5. SMS/Email to employees when attendance needs to be fixed.
6. Email to managers with a list of employees whose attendance needs to be fixed for a day.
7. SMS/Email alerts when payslips are available online.

More to come in future. But we also await suggestions from you.

Hi,

It's going to be a nice feature, I think.

Is it possible to send SMS only to late comers with information about how many minutes they are late?

Hi,

Thank you all for the feedback and interest in this feature. Considering suggestions from users, the following alerts are now available in Attend HRM.

1. Alert to selected users when communication with a time attendance/access control device fails for a long time.
2. Alert to employee prior to his Passport expiry
3. Alert to employee prior to his Visa expiry
4. Alert to employees when there is a 'Missing Punch' in the previous day. (With an option to fix it using the Employee Self Service)
5. Alert to employees when there is an 'Absence' in the previous day. (With an option to modify it to another category, for eg. 'leave' or 'work from home', using the Employee Self Service)


Employee Self Service Alerts
6. Notification to Employee/Manager when a Leave/Holiday/Regularization request in received/approved/rejected.
