Error While Importing Employee Data

I tried to import the employee data from a CSV file. But I get an error.  See the attachment.

Hi Josephine,

Kindly close the csv file(if it is opened) which is to be imported, before importing.

If the file is kept open when importing, then it will throw an error message as you mentioned.

Hi Nataraj,

I appreciate your quick solution. Yes, it works now!

I opened the excel sheet and saved as CSV. I assumed that the CSV file is different from the already opened excel sheet. When I closed my excel sheet, the error message did not appear.
