Update Error Message

Hi,

While installing the latest update 2.2.3 to my existing 'Attend HRM' Payroll software, I get an error. The image is attached. Can some one help me?

Hi,

Your Attend HRM Communicator is active. That's the issue.

You can see Attend HRM Communicator on the right pane of your task bar. Just close it down(Right click -> Close).

Then you can continue with the update.

Hi,

This issue is fixed in 'Attend HRM 2.3.3'.

The update installer will close 'AttendCommunicator' by itself(if it is running) and hence there wont be any error when installing the update.
