ITAS error while opening Attend HRM for the first time

We have recently installed Attend HRM and would like to have our HR manager try it out for a while.

We are experiencing a problem with certain computers we install the software on. We have tried to flashdisk the setup file over to these stand alone computers and we have also tried to download the set up file directly to these computers.

After install, upon opening the software for the first time it comes up with the following error message:
"ITAS encountered an error and needs to close down."

Can anybody tell me why this might be happening??

We have installed the software on another computer and are not experiencing any problems like descibed above.

Hi,

Please provide us some details to locate this issue.

1. Your Operating System
2. Version of Attend HRM

Also, right after the error, please zip the 'Log' folder and send it to support@lenvica.com. The 'Log' folder is located in the Attend HRM installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\Attend HRM).
