Employees Selection in Wizard

Hi,

In my company there are many employees with same name, so it is difficult for me to select the particular employee in the wizard. But the employee id is unique for an employee.

So if you can prefix/suffix 'employee id' with 'employee name' in the wizard, then i can easily select the employee with the id.

Can you customize it for me?
