Dear Stefan,
If your data has different codes for IN and OUT, you can mention it while mapping. But your data doesn't seem to have both IN and OUT.
In our video example, IN/OUT is determined by the last two characters in the data.
32 for IN 3C for OUT
As you say, your data shows 'O' for both IN and OUT. So, you can specify
In Code = O Out Code = X
So, all the data will be treated as IN.
But if there is a way to get both IN and OUT in your data file, your attendance data will be accurate. Otherwise, you can consider only the first IN, and last OUT for the day. (Settings - Time Registration)
Also, the badge number is repeated.
BBBBBVBBBBBVDDVMMVYYYYVHHVNNVC this can be changed to BBBBBVVVVVVVDDVMMVYYYYVHHVNNVC
Hope this helps.
Warm Regards, Biju.

hi Biju, thanks for your answer, no, my code have in and out, looks like this: 00001;00001;19-05-2009;07:30;I 00001;00001;19-05-2009;16:51;O 00001;00001;20-05-2009;07:34;I 00001;00001;20-05-2009;16:56;O 00001;00001;21-05-2009;08:10;I 00001;00001;21-05-2009;16:57;O
so "I" stands for in and "O" for out, but when i add this in In Code = I Out Code = O
it seems not to understand it.
and one more thing, i have a huno magicpass with the "hit" software, so i can't feed direct Attend HRM, as Hit does not produce txt files in the first place, so i convert them. but changing the /Mapping/Import file delete the mapping code too, so each time i need to remapp the code. there is no other way? thanks®ards stefan

Hi Stefan,
You have to map only once.
Each time you want to import, create the file in the same name.
Attend HRM will take a backup of the data file after importing each time.
Hope this helps.
Biju.

Hi Stefan,
Hope it works for you already. I'll mention one point.
You can schedule an import to happen in a regular interval, say every 10 minutes.
There is an alternative. You have Attend HRM Communicator running in your taskbar. Right click on the communicator, and 'refresh'. Then the data will be imported right away. If you want to import data manually, this is a better option.
Biju.

hi Biju, soory, i'm back, because i did not understand this point.
my code have in and out, looks like this: 00001;00001;19-05-2009;07:30;I 00001;00001;19-05-2009;16:51;O 00001;00001;20-05-2009;07:34;I 00001;00001;20-05-2009;16:56;O 00001;00001;21-05-2009;08:10;I 00001;00001;21-05-2009;16:57;O
so "I" stands for in and "O" for out, but when i add this In Code = I Out Code = O
your software does not understand the I or O.
any idea how it could understand I for IN and O for out. regards
